Why do Americans that believe CNN's (and the rest of mass media) lies think Trump is the new Hitler?

I mean, I didn't vote for the guy, but the unexplainable hate towards him is insane!

Update: the debates have been interesting to read. But there's an obvious polarization on the side of those that hate him. Like I said, I don't have a horse in this race, but the raw hatred just boggles my mind. Sure, he can be crude, but who of us isn't at times?

If you are not curious enough to look deeply into trump's past... i mean interviews, business failures, old newspaper articles, tabloid articles (which trump himself initiated), legal filings...then you really don't care why the left, and those you call rinos on the right, feel how they do about donald trump.
When he became potus, he lived up precisely, to what we expected of him.
But it's you people(yeah...i read this whole thread. If you didn't vote for trump it's because you couldn't for some reason) that i am so disappointed in. I never in a million years believed so many people could fall victim to such a pedestrian conman.

It has little to do with cnn. It has much to do with trumps own words and actions for the past fifty odd years.

@Carla "Pedestrian con man." Great line. And accurate. It's what he's always been and the strategies are SO obvious that it becomes really hard to see how easily certain types of people are taken in. And no amount of truth or evidence will change that. For me, this is more about how people think. Trump will die but the ease of brainwashing won't.

@SumKindaMunster fooled? Yes. The msm started to cover trump, decades ago, putting forth the most cringeworthy stories, to make him look bad when he eventually went into politics.
If you know who trump is, and what he is about, and still support him, then you sir, are him.

@Carla So I have no issues with people and their opinion of Trump. Where we part ways is how you will also believe anything and everything bad said about Trump supporters. And again, you don't know them. Like other people here, if you think by choosing to confirm what you already believe about Trump and his supporters through your preferred media and social media sites, you are just as ignorant and propagandized as you believe Trump supporters are.

I'd LOVE to vote for someone else besides Trump. But if it comes down to him and Biden, its a no brainer.
