@KunsanVeteran He's not heading to prison yet, and not going there from this civil trial.

Without a camera, there doesn't seem to be any upside to pissing off the judge right before he rules.

Every time Trump takes the stand, he's in danger of perjuring himself or making things worse for him in criminal cases, in addition to being humiliated and embarrassed, and I think he's already made his point for his base about him standing up and giving his middle finger to the law and society.
