Mike Pence’s name is among the 150 witnesses that prosecutors may call in QI’s Fulton County case. Although Pence did not speak to the GA Grand Jury, he did speak to Jack Smith & the Federal Grand Jury. Pence’s testimony given to the Federal Grand Jury can be shared with the Fulton County Court as well as the transcript.
Pence can testify as to the pressure QI was personally putting on him to join the plot to overturn the election. Pence can also share that when he turned QI down, QI replied that Pence was “too honest.” Both establish criminal intent.
