A federal appeals court has ruled that Donald Trump can be sued in civil court for his role in allegedly inciting the riot on Capitol Hill in January 2021.
And I would hope that the 140 plus Capitol Police officers who were wounded and the families of those who committed suicide after his lawless insurrection would be first in line!
