When making a charge it boils down to having verifiable facts and evidence. I have noticed certain people making bizarre, delusional claims about President Biden, Hilary Clinton and other ordinary politicians. They never provide sources for their preposterous inflammatory claims. When challenged to produce evidence they always refuse.
