Quad Indicted crossed an important line today

Certain speech is not protected by the First Amendment. Incitement to imminent lawless action, harassment, true threats, defamation, obscenity, and fighting words are not protected speech. And when QI made public statements directing his minions to “go after” AG James QI crossed that line.

The NY Judge imposed a gag order on him for posting a defamatory picture and untrue statements about the Judge’s aide.

In a few days, QI must come before the DC Federal Judge for his insurrection trial and she may very well order him to show cause why his bail shouldn’t be revoked. He has put himself squarely on the path to pre trial detention.

It couldn’t happen to a more obnoxious person and QI has only himself to blame!

Judges seem to scared of him to treat him like others would be treated. I think he's holding the system hostage on the savagery of his rabid, feral cult members. His standings in the polls (which they only acknowledge when Trump is favoured) suggests he will indeed be re-elected. The system going so easy on him seems to spell doom. As joyful as I was to see him being brought to trial, I am disappointed that he still seems to be being given preferential treatment undeservedly.
