Quad Indicted crossed an important line today

Certain speech is not protected by the First Amendment. Incitement to imminent lawless action, harassment, true threats, defamation, obscenity, and fighting words are not protected speech. And when QI made public statements directing his minions to “go after” AG James QI crossed that line.

The NY Judge imposed a gag order on him for posting a defamatory picture and untrue statements about the Judge’s aide.

In a few days, QI must come before the DC Federal Judge for his insurrection trial and she may very well order him to show cause why his bail shouldn’t be revoked. He has put himself squarely on the path to pre trial detention.

It couldn’t happen to a more obnoxious person and QI has only himself to blame!

IMO, Trump wanted the gag order, just like he wanted a bench trial in NY. He seems to have no defenses or hope of an acquittal by conventional means ( legal, customary or even moral), so he's playing the victim and will try to bully his way out of trouble by taking out as metaphorically, if not literally bloody for anyone who has loyalties to anything other than Trump.

And, to borrow a page from Trump himself, that would include not just judges, prosecutors, law clerks, and politicians, but ultimately the American people if they don't rise up to protect him.

Sure, it seems pathetic for people to fall for this crap, and thus far, it's only been a handful of "special" people that have gone to jail for him, but from Trump's perspective, he's really got almost no choice but to double down at this point and hope for leverage or an ability to dictate terms.
@MistyCee Oh he’s certainly a victim—a victim of his own incompetence, racism, and low IQ! Roll out the short bus for him and anchor baby!
@MistyCee Let him burn in he//!
@MistyCee No jiry was not a mistake. They chose to not have a jury in NY where people know him, they hate him. So, he chooses to not have a jury and then he whines about not having a jury.
@Pitchblue Exactly. He’s a fool. And his so-called lawyers; well, not ready for prime time and won’t be paid.
@KunsanVeteran I'll buy incompetence and maybe racism, but I'm not sure Trump's " stupidity" would show up as such on an IQ test.

For example, I doubt Trump can't understand how deleterious his dishonesty is to society and to other human beings. He might well even be able to recognize the same behavior in others as short sighted.

But the guy is in his late 80s, and I don't think he cares about anything but himself. At 30 or even 50, he might think more long term, but I think its too late for him to change his spots, even for the sake of whats written on his tombstone or said about him in the history books.

I really do think it's far "sicker" than lack of intellect in Trump's case.
@KunsanVeteran The guy in this trial is an extremely competent lawyer who demanded payment in advance but while he advaces arguments to be prepared for the inevitable appeal Trump gets Habba to stand up and rehash the lies the Judge has already ruled on.
@MistyCee Exactly, he has no intention of ever paying any fines levied against him. That's why he defamed Carroll again within 24 hrs of the verdict. He is an extremely vengeful man. He attacks everyone, including the Pope.
@Pitchblue Exactly !

And to Quad Indicted’s chagrin—it’s not working!
