Will Donald Duck actually take the stand in his civil fraud trial?

Just outside the courtroom this morning, Quad Indicted Donald Duck said, “ “Yes, I will. At the appropriate time I will be” testifying.

Bring it, Donald Duck, bring it! We’re begging to have you cross examined under oath!

You guys don't seem to learn. Every other time you try this shit...it fails. 80% of The NYC charges against Trump were dropped yesterday. Guaranteed more disappointments coming your way, woketards. You people are drones. The Dems fail every time to get him on anything...but you get excited everytime they try it. Fucking sheep.

@SamInAZ Can you please detail which charges were dropped yesterday? I missed that...😷

@SamInAZ Yeah. Thats what I thought. You read Trumps quote and stopped there. The truth is that while he cannot be prosecuted for creating some fraudulent valuations because of the statue of limitations, he can and will be prosecuted for offering up those statements as genuine for financial advantage, because that was done later, inside the statute,.. So he doesnt have to pay the parking ticket for illegally parking the car bomb he detonated..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman prove he is lying.
SamInAZ · 41-45, M
@whowasthatmaskedman most of the charges were conjured up from things he allegedly did that was outside of the statute of limitations time-wise. It was probably more than 80%.

@SamInAZ 😂😂😂😂😂😂
SamInAZ · 41-45, M
@whowasthatmaskedman are most of the charges they brought from allegations of something he did recently, or in the distant past, dumbass? You probably have no idea.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@SamInAZ No..... It just wasnt.......Lie to yourself all you like. But bring it in here its going to get challenged.......😷

@whowasthatmaskedman what is sad...you are at the end of your life. And you are going to die a stupid woketard.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@SamInAZ Mine is actually primarily a Sky News article from the Murdoch press who still go easy on him. The charges that wont be proceeded with relate to the creation of the valuations. The use of the valuations for advantage is the major set of charges.,.And there will still be a stipulation that he did commit the original offences. Just that he cannot be punished for them, which is why they were brought at all.
As for your personal comments, I wont respond.I will leave it to others to judge your intelligence and education level and any genetic shortcomings you may have..😷
SamInAZ · 41-45, M
@whowasthatmaskedman Yeah.. you won't respond because I am right, you old ass piece of offal. Your old saggy skinned ass is nearing the end....and you are going to hell. I am under no illusion that you will repent, so I am happy to watch you cheer on your own fate.

You reap what you sow

@SamInAZ The thing is, since you seem to have missed it, that this is a civil case, not criminal. So charges outside the statute of limitations arent "dismissed". They simply cant be factored into the damages claim. The $250 Million NY state is claiming could be paid for just one instance of fault..😷
SamInAZ · 41-45, M
@whowasthatmaskedman you aren't talking about the same case.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@SamInAZ So which one are you talking about?😷
SamInAZ · 41-45, M
@whowasthatmaskedman Fraud charges. Those aren't civil.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@SamInAZ I do apologise. I didnt realise just how stupid you were. Go look up the case. It is a civil fraud suit, brought by the state of New York, seeking damages. I dont expect we will hear from you again on the subject. 😷
@SamInAZ Your post is 100% inaccurate.
SamInAZ · 41-45, M
@SamInAZ Correct—you are wrong.
@SamInAZ Judge has issued gag order on Quad Indicted.
@SamInAZ Your claim is based on an obscure (and nonsensical) lie by Quad Indicted.

Leaving court Monday, Trump had incorrectly claimed that the judge had agreed that 80% of the attorney general’s case was thrown out because of the statute of limitations.
