The CREW Lawsuit
By now, hopefully, everybody has heard of the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington Lawsuit. Recently filed in Colorado State Court, it seeks to barr Quad Indicted from the ballot in 2024 in accordance with the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. The plaintiffs want to protect the rights of voters “to fully participate in the upcoming primary election by ensuring that votes cast will be for those constitutionally qualified to hold office.”
QI’s Insurrection and attempts to overturn the 2020 election disqualify him from running for future office. Interestingly, the plaintiffs are Republicans & unaffiliated voters.
