Virginia Democratic Sen. Tim Kaine supports using the 14 th Amendment to disqualify Quad Indicted

VA Democratic Senator Tim Kaine has joined with those politicians, legal scholars, and judges who believe that the 14th Amendment, paragraph 3 may be used to disqualify QI who organized, orchestrated, and directed the January 6th insurrection.
