When Trump and or his supporters say that if he doesn't win there will be violence and uprising, is that considered treasonous?

Just saying threaten revolution is illegal claiming you will contest the results of a democratic election: especially if you lose. At the least these things are criminal. Yet this dumbass rich old white guy can threaten to kill Biden(the elected president)yet no accountability. Wtf.
