Well, for starters, He is not a Politician.
He spoke on whatever he was thinking about at that moment.
He didn't sugar-coat anything.
And probably the biggest thing is that before Obama, he was part of the Liberal Elite.
He supported Hillary Clinton while she was a Senator and in the 2008 Primaries and he feels that she sold him out.
Chelsea Clinton and Ivanka Trump were BFF's and now they're not.
If you do a little research, you can find everything out in a nutshell.

@dakotaviper Trump is despicable because he has no moral code. He took the easiest route for his grifting when he found conservatives more easily manipulated. If liberals were that gullible, he'd have stayed a liberal. He'll literally say or do anything to make a dollar.
dakotaviper · 56-60, M
@windinhishair how true you are. Liberals are that gullible. After-all, they elected Biden.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@dakotaviper Voting against Trump disproves your bogus theory.
dakotaviper · 56-60, M
@windinhishair Nope, because you didn't have to Vote for Biden. There were other viable opponents on the Ballot to choose from. For your info, Dukakis was the last Democrat/Republican that I voted for the Office of POTUS.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@dakotaviper It was a binary choice for POTUS. I and a significant majority made the correct choice of Biden from the only two contenders who could win.
dakotaviper · 56-60, M
@windinhishair then we can place all of the blame on you for our current dysfunctional government. Because the Left had been in total control for two years and did absolutely nothing worthwhile towards the greater good of the USA. Oh you can postulate all you want about how they did this or that, but the bottom line is that nearly 85% of the American Populace is currently living paycheck to paycheck and that is Not A Very Good Thing.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@dakotaviper Blaming Biden for conditions that have existed for decades is not a good look, even for you. At least Biden signed legislation to improve infrastructure in the nation for the benefit of all. Trump did nothing of the kind, and is incapable of even thinking that way. He is for himself and no one else, as he has proven.

@windinhishair It's pointless to get you to remove the leftist blinders that you have on.
People like me have been trying for decades now to get People like you to think for yourselves instead of following the leftist party line or the erroneous alt-right party line.
But maybe it's time we should just quit trying to keep those of you who continue to screw yourselves over with your One-Way thought process, from harming yourself with your actions. Then eventually you'll realize that destroying those that you hate is also destroying yourself.

@dakotaviper Democrats are not left wing... both parties are right wing with one slightly to the left on a right wing spectrum.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@dakotaviper I've always supported the working class. That's why I rarely vote Republican, since they used to support big business over people. Now they are engaged in culture wars to generate hatred for others and blame the economic issues of many people on others, especially minorities and non-whites, as well as Democrats. I'm actually a registered Independent, and have been for decades, so I don't follow the dogma of either party.
dakotaviper · 56-60, M
@Gloomy Personally, I'm a moderate that leans towards libertarianism.
But lately, over 50% of the Democrat Party leans toward Elitist Progressive Socialism, where you have Elites in power that orders you what to do and think.

@dakotaviper
Last time I checked they are all capitalists so not socialist and progressivism isn't bad and in any party or ideology there are values you adhere to and positions you take on which you base your values on. They no more tell you what to think than any other party.

@windinhishair Glad to hear that you're a registered Independent. I started my Union membership back in August 1982 (I was 16) when I went to work at Kroger and the last day of Union Membership was October 1, 2009. I now live in a State that doesn't recognize my Journeyman Creds, which sucks big time. The pay the I get today is called 'Top Dollar' here, but was what I was making in the Midwest back in 1998.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@dakotaviper The average pay for workers has changed very little in purchasing power since 1980, even as executive wages and corporate profits have skyrocketed. That's just wrong. The US was in much better economic shape in the 1950s and 1960s when average workers could buy more. That was when marginal tax rates at the federal level were as high as 90%. Stratification of income has become a major problem for the nation.
dakotaviper · 56-60, M
@windinhishair did you know that the Income Tax system was originally put in place for the Rich to pay Taxes, but in 1943, FDR had it changed to our current system.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@dakotaviper It was originally put in place in 1862 to help fund the Civil War. The current system went into place in 1913. I think it needs a major restructuring to help those who make less and have difficulty making ends meet. Rates on high earners need to go up. Rates on those making less income need to go down. Costs need to be cut, particularly the military.
