Major problem for Trump in his trial

Remember him? Michael Cohen who was disbarred from pacticing law and went to jail for 3 years for several fraud and prejury charges one was "making an excessive campaign contribution at the request of a candidate or campaign".
So now if the monkey went to jail surely shouldn't the organ grinder?
