Trump's 34 felony counts are for falsifying business records. Why would he do that? Doesn't matter! it's a crime!!
Trump's affair with Stormy was not against the law. Hush money "settlements" aren't necessarily against the law. BUT.
Falsifying business records IS against the law. What Trump failed to learn from Nixon is this: it ain't the crime, it's the COVERUP!!!
