So what? He will have the handcuffs in front of him not in the back and giving him nerve damage like the rest of us .. get his picture taken .. and post bail .. all before 10am

@SW-User He's not going to be handcuffed or do the perp walk. The DA and the Secret Service are working out the details right now.
I can tell you what will happen. He will walk into court, plead "not guilty," and be released on his own recognizance. He will have to give up his passport and possibly wear an ankle monitor. Keep in mind, the Secret Service are sworn to protect the former president [i]on behalf of the American people[/i], not on behalf of Trump as a person. If he tries to escape, they will stop him and hand him over to law enforcement.

@LeopoldBloom Well, in theory that is what they would do. But we know that the Secret Service destroyed communications on and around January 6 so they could not be reviewed, so their actual loyalty to the nation cannot be determined for that time period for at least some of their members.
