Poor Trump

Now he can't trademark "Truth Social" because it's too similar to another trademark that already exists. I had that problem with my product's name but had been selling it for a year already so I shotgunned a bunch of different names into the USPTO and ended up with three trademarks. It takes years to get one and a lot of money.

Maybe he should have registered the name before launching... But then again, he's never been one to care much about rules. He always just does what he wants and will worry about the legal consequences later.
