Pure speculation. Don't quote me on this.

Everyone is assuming that Trump was the target of the Mar-a-Lago raid, and the nuclear-related documents in question pertain to the US nuclear program. Both of those are reasonable assumptions, but they're not supported by the warrant or the list of seized materials. It's possible that someone else was the target of the raid, and the evidence just happened to be at Mar-a-Lago. It's also possible that the documents are related to another country's nuclear program.

Israel and the US have an agreement covering the sharing of military information between the two countries. Here it is if anyone's interested.

The President does not have the authority to declassify any material under this or any other treaty. Our foreign partners have to be assured that any classified information they share with us will remain classified. If the DOJ received a tip that Trump was planning on releasing this information to an unauthorized foreign actor, the FBI would have had to seize it immediately.

My guess is that Trump planned to turn over details of Israel's nuclear program to Iran. He has had previous connections to the Mammadov Brothers, from when he was building his hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan, and the Mammadovs have been associated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. The value of this information to Iran would be almost incalculable. If Jared or Ivanka had gotten wind of this, they would have alerted the DOJ.

Again, I'm just speculating. Maybe the MAGA cult doesn't care if Trump sells out America. I'm not so sure his Evangelical base would be happy if he sold out Israel.

The agreement is a mutual NDA, something we have with all countries we do military business with.

There is no secret that Israel has nukes, and their location is well known. The existence of Israeli nukes, is the only relevant piece of information anyone needs to know, as a deterrent.
@Northwest They've never officially admitted to having them, so proof of this along with how many they have would be valuable information.

@LeopoldBloom OK, but I'm sure Iran has access to Wikipedia:

In addition to at least several books, written by insiders to the Israeli nuke program. My favorite is Israel and the bomb, by Avner Cohen, he goes through it from the very beginning, and how Shimon Peres, right after the US dropped nukes on Japan, sought and received funds, to recruit smart Jewish men, and send them to US and European schools, to learn nuclear Physics, how the US tried to stop the Israeli nuke program, and the joint program between France and Israel, that produced both countries' nuclear arsenals (though Israel did not want fusion bombs, only defensive fission bombs).
