Any Christian want to explain this to me? "Thou shalt not kill" Ring a bell?

Trump sucks and is now all but gone.......so not on the political side......but actually the Bible says, "Render unto God was is God's and render unto Caesar what is Caesar's." In other words there are some things that are government and human law......and some things that apply to God....and the two are separate. "Thou shalt not kill" is human being to human being....in hate or violence. Execution as civil, legal punishment for a crime does not fall into that definition.
