@whippersnapper This virus is particularly slow, and it needs to reach a certain replication rate prior being detectable. There have been cases of people here even with symptoms who initially tested negative twice before the PCR could pick the RNA up.
Anyone who's been in contact with the president, potentially even Biden, need to get re-tested multiple times in the upcoming days to be sure.
