He is a bumbling old man who should be home playing with his dog. I have never been a conspiracy theorist but I'm starting to believe he is not in charge and just says whatever is put in front of him. That speech he just gave doesn't sound like Biden, it sounds like a leftist radical wrote it.

@FreeSpirit1 I still can't believe he was the best the Democrats could come up with. (said the same thing about the republicans) I think he has degraded rapidly over the last 18 months.

@FreeSpirit1 no disagreement here - and Trump is not a polished speaker - you can hear him go off the cuff and saying stupid things.

But Biden has made Bush look like an orator of the first magnitude.

Not a doubt in my mind Harris took the gig figuring she'd be the receipient of the 25th Amendment award.
