I Hate Donald Trump

It's no good..I can't see any posts about Trump to respond to.. so I will have to write one myself..
So.. Strumpety Trumpet is in the UK.. he's been asked to keep his snout out of our election.. and he's said he will BUT that he could so help Boris win.. he was there flapping his chops about how he's got so many people elected.. helped them win..

LOL little does the imbecile know that Boris, (rot his idiotic socks, he's only a bit less stupid and vile than Trump!) and the conservative party were terrified that Trump WOULD try to endorse and encourage people to vote for Boris - because they KNEW that this would completely turn people against Boris and the conservatives.. they wanted to distance themselves from Trumpety-Trump because he's an embarrassment who they don't want to be associated with.

His stropping off after the others laughed at him in another part of the playground... 🤦‍♂️
Leader of the free world acting like a 7 year old kid. Hopeless.

If course he does not want our NHS... Just price restrictions on drugs removed and patent lives extended.... 🤷‍♂️

@SW-User Tee hee my son told me that he had sulked and stomped off because the other children were laughing at him.. aww diddums!
Allegedly he said he wouldn't want anything to do with the NHS if it were handed to him on a silver platter.. :P
SW-User
@Adaydreambeliever lies. The documents that show the preliminary discussion show drug price deregulation is a desired outcome
redredred · M
@SW-User Its only in Britain that a hospitalized patient died of thirst while under "care". His desperate call to 999 resulted in a police response but the cops were turned away.
Adaydreambeliever · 56-60, F
@redredred Thus speaketh the ignorant troll who totally fails to attend to his own dirty linen.. You KNOW full well that in America the poor often don't get any med care, that many are turned away. And PS care might mean a care home.. which is NOT the NHS..

The NHS is far from perfect, I'd be the first to admit that. but as many mistakes happen in the US, so don't pretend otherwise, and at least we TRY to treat everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
redredred · M
@Adaydreambeliever No one ever died of thirst in an american hospital but that did happen in a British hospital, not home care and please, the poor get care, the welfare systems provides it

@redredred https://fullfact.org/health/how-many-patients-die-thirst-or-starvation/

This points out whilst dehydration may be listed as one of the causes of death there is not necessarily a link to poor care.

I can't find any equivalent statistics gathered nationally for the USA so I can't fact check your assertion.

In the case I believe you're referring too the hospital was found to be negligent. One thing with having a state run health system and issues lead to public enquiry and full disclosure I doubt that will be the case in a privately run system. Companies will keep things under wraps to avoid bad publicity. State ownership promotes transparency.

@SW-User Its good to know your own history,

SW-User
@redredred I know the story and that was why the report was done. There was sadly another case recently of a man with mental health issues where dehydration played a part in his death.
Sad, extremely tragic and needs addressing.
However where are the statistics like we produce nationally for the UK NHS like above about USA hospitals that confirm your assertion that
No one ever died of thirst in an american hospital
I'm merely asking for facts to confirm your assertion.
redredred · M
@SW-User Youre asking me to prove a negative which even Aristotle knew was impossible. If death by intentional (and it was intentional, the hospital staff kept the 999 responders away) dehydration made the news in Britain, rest assured it would make the news in the US. No such event has made the news.
Adaydreambeliever · 56-60, F
@redredred red are you talking out of your arse again? I bet, as usual, you half read, half-arsed facts and your preferred half-arsed news channel made the rest up, putting 2 and 2 together and making 14! I can try to look for the story, and can try to look for similar stories in the US - but but as usual its likely you get your facts wrong - fact is that these things happen in both the US and UK.. It's about time you got off your high-horse and accepted this.

redredred · M
@Adaydreambeliever Medical errors are one thing but find a story where emergency responders are turned away when a patient has call 999 (911 in the US)
SW-User
@redredred but this is one very unfortunate story. Why's this make all NHS bad?
redredred · M
@SW-User I simply want to point out the depths to which single payer, national health insurance can sink, the intentional torture murder of a patient.
SW-User
@redredred
the intentional torture murder of a patient
Where is that from?

I can't find that quote in any report of the coroner's verdict?

What is your source for that statement.
redredred · M
@SW-User Forcing someone to die of thirst is one of the worst tortures imaginable. Intentionally barring the rescuers makes it murder. Sometimes you have to put the pieces together.
SW-User
@redredred manslaughter through incompetence etc maybe. However murder requires the burden of proof it was a premeditated act.
I don't believe in this case even manslaughter charges were considered.
redredred · M
Of course not, the government controls both the murderous hospitals and the courts. Thats part of the problem with giving your soul to the government; no meaningful recourse.@SW-User
