As a Republican, I certainly don't agree with certain policies of his...
That being said, based on the others EXTREMELY low bar... SO FAR ... Obama literally has no competition for being the best American President... SO FAR ... this century (George W. onward...).
And for the most part, Obama followed the law... seems like every President passes a little something that a judge reverses, but for the most part, he administration did well staying within the law, even if you didn't nessarily love the policy.
