Obama isnt even in the top 40 of the presidents. He has taken race relations back 50 years(along with Jackson and Sharpton), he has managed to take the debt to 2 times what it was when he took office(he DID have a lot of hep on that), he is the only president to have the National "Credit Limit" lowered, not once , but twice. you can say what you want. but he is probably one of the 5 WORST presidents we have ever had.
