How stupid do you have to be, to believe that anything Rudy Giuliani says, can be take seriously, especially when he talks about evidence against the Biden family.

Any credibility that rudy might have had is long since been destroyed. The fact that he hasn't quietly found the shadows, speaks to his instability. Anyone that would take anything his says as true, is quite stupid indeed.
