Oil is fungible - the worldwide supply sets the bottom line price. You have some imbecile artificially cutting the supply it will effect the price worldwide. So simple yet self-righteous moronic liberals refuse to even try to understand it.
This doesn't apply so much if a country is itself sufficient in oil. I think a gallon of gas is about a nickel in Kuwait.
