@romper69 The scary part is, it probably wouldn’t. Trump supported Roy Moore even in the face of accusations of teenagers—that was good enough for his supporters.

@bijouxbroussard At least enough people were disgusted by Moore to give Doug Jones a few years in the Senate. Of course, once they had a chance to vote for that idiot football coach, that was it for Jones. During the campaign, Tuberville mentioned that we fought World War Two to defeat "communism." I'm sure the guy is a fantastic coach, but he probably gets lost walking around a tree.

@StrawberryMilkshake I think a lot of people are glad that she's facing justice. It wouldn't have been that surprising if she'd been acquitted.

There's also the frustration of how the "customers" are getting away scot-free. It's like when a prostitute is arrested, but nothing happens to the johns. I'd like to see everyone involved held accountable. If that includes people on "my side" like Bill Clinton, I don't have a problem with that. But see if you can get any of the MAGA cult members to answer the hypothetical question of whether Trump should be prosecuted for his involvement.

@Jeffrey53 She procured underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein and his customers. Epstein was a notorious pedophile who made his fortune arranging liaisons between powerful and famous people and underage girls, secretly filming them and blackmailing them with threats to release the footage.

@GeniUs I'm still hoping Trump is convicted of treason and faces the firing squad. If they put him away for raping underage girls, that's fine, too.

@LeopoldBloom This is one of the things I like about the US, even though you are or have been the president it does not grant you immunity from prosecution. Now take a look at the UK and recently Johnson and prior to this Blair (different parties) have committed acts which needed prosecution and yet we hear, "it's not in the public interest". And let's not even get started on the royal family (I'm not a Royalist but as long as they behave have no problem with any of them).
