I want to be happy so badly, why is it so difficult. Why does the mind allow other people to affect ones happiness. Why cant I control my mind and force it to be happy?
i suggest if you can afford it take a week to yourself or your best mate somewhere "uplifting" beach stay in a guest house take that time to find your happiness stay away from social media including this, just go and clear your mind and carry someone who cheers you up the most.. it works just one week
The way I like to think of it is sometimes we have to make do and that sucks when it's not what we really want. We have to decide at some point to be happy and make do see the positive or make change. I'm not sure if I'm way off. It's just my thought anyway.
Knowing it is one thing but being able to implement it and make the change is easier said then done especially if you have been living this way for so long :(
