For the most part, the people around here will make eye contact, smile and say HI to strangers. I walk in a greenbelt in the neighborhood everyday and most greet each other as they pass. However, there are several that will never even make eye contact. I see them everyday and they never look up.

@Happymedium When I worked in Ireland several years ago for a couple of years, they were incredibly nice and always said Hi, good morning, how are you.
