@SW-User Yes he would be. He can tear up his bell and calls the other one Bip-Bip like she is his imaginary girlfriend. He started talking to her calling her by name a couple years ago. I heard him say “What are you doing, Bip-Bip” and turned around and he was talking to his bell.

@SW-User I can spoil him even rottener when I take him in a little travel cage to PetSmart and let him choose a toy after I hold them up for him to look at and buy some treats and take him to the bird section to watch the big birds. Maybe some people will stop and talk to him too.
