so this just happened to me and i didn't know if it was out of kindness or a trick ???

so I was just at the hospital because my dad is not well again / when I got back to the car around 715 there was a pink rose on my car on the passenger side with a note saying God loves you or God something and a little miniature Jesus was inside, so I took it looked at it, put everything on the ground because I thought it was one of them scams where you look at something that come up behind you and kidnap you or something but I know I don't know the Internet says it's a random act of kindness so in a way, I kind of feel bad but another way I don't I don't because if it's really someone trying to do something no that's why I put it on the ground or if I could get poisoned tonight from some kind of nerve agent or something, but anyway, what do you guys think?
