Okay. I don’t want to make it sound like people don’t check on me often, because they do. More so here than in real life.
Which is why I think this message made me pause.
I honestly can’t recall the last time someone asked me that in person or through text, and that fact didn’t sadden me…it just made me place my hand over my heart to see the words put out there.
Just a little thing that made me feel warm and fuzzy enough to remind myself that I’m a human, not the machine I try to push myself to be as a coping mechanism for Life.
Glad you had that moment. Relish it. Honestly not common. So its special . At least for me. Don't think anyone offline has ever checked on me. And online maybe a couple.
I rarely get a message like that It used to be me who did that but I decided to stop for my own sake ...maybe it's a bit selfish of me but I'm tired of reaching out and getting ignored
