And with a power outage, my weekend begins early 🥳
An end to a hellacious weekend none of us saw coming, including the three boats of 20 per boat that were headed towards us to dine. Don’t know if I had that in me. Well, I would’ve pushed thru but yikes…that would’ve exhausted everything left in my tank. The universe decided to leave a little though. And while our very small crew were waiting for the call to call it a day we skipped rocks
admired a car in the parking lot
and of course enjoyed the view knowing we were about to go home while it was still daylight.
A quiet ending to a bang up holiday and a lovely transition into my short but oh so sweet weekend. I’ll take it.

@Degbeme Nah, you wouldn’t. You’d get conditioned to that kind of chaos. I’m actually zen most of the time because I take it one plate on one ticket at a time. Looking at it any other way would be too overwhelming.
