How does one draw only positive attention exclusively?

Be good, do good, and ignore those who try to spoil the good. Surround yourself with positivity and don’t waste time on those who try to tarnish the life you’re building for yourself.

You can't control what other people say, or do. If someone has a negative disposition toward you, you will draw negative attention from them.

You can't really avoid negativity 100%

But generally I think what you give comes back to you.
