@pripyatamusementpark exactly. Now that the truth is debatable and there's apparently different versions of history, what good is understanding if you still don't care about the truth?

@plungesponge I don't even know if understanding produces empathy. I think for some they would rather believe untruths than face reality with kindness they feel might cost them. Some people are empty 😔
