@Missing: 👍 I love kindness to. In such a messed up world its hard to find true warmth. It exists though i actually feel good if i can do someone a good turn

@Perry4444: I always like to think I treat people with more kindness than is needed

@Missing: You can learn hard lessons that way as u go through life u see not everyone thinks like that. There are lots of great people out there thankfully though and u seem like one of them. Kindness is a beautiful quality.

No they don't. I work in mental health so it is important for me to offer some kindness regardless. :-) thank you.

@Missing: I have mental illness. Ive been a homeless drug addict and met some really nice kind people. But ive also met some hortible ones who take full advantage of kindness

@Perry4444: I hope things are going well for you now. That is very true and for me there is the flip side - don't mistake my kindness for weakness. I am glad you found people who I hope helped you in some way.

@Missing: Yes i did thankfully. Although i reached rock bottom and pulled myself up. A few loses in my life as well as a violent chaotic childhood may have triggered it now i look back. My bro. My dad my mum died bro when i was 9 dad when i was 15 and mum in my twenties and last september my wife of 25 years in my arms from pulminar embolism. I was in jailat 15 and a drug addict for 11 years to heroin. Its no sob story. Just life and im not afraid to express that now at my age ☺ Been diagnosed with BPD and on mirtazapine after coming off quetriapine. Never gonna do anything silly again. Infact i want to put effort in to help other tbh.

@Perry4444: what a survival story you have. Childhood trauma creates so many issues as we grow and develop. And BPD can be a difficult one to manage. You are still here and that needs to be celebrated. ☺
