The Polish help Ukrainian refugees

This is an old photo, dating back to earlier in the war.

But can you imagine being a mother with young children, suddenly fleeing home while your husband stays behind to fight, and as your train pulls into a railroad station in a foreign country..... you see this, done for you!

I know I can only try to imagine, with things I've not experienced myself. I know that I would be deeply touched, by this welcoming kindness.
What a thoughtful gesture.

The outpouring of support for Ukraine has been beautiful.

@hippyjoe1955 I post in this "kind people" forum in an attempt to promote positive examples of human kindness, as a break from all the argumentative posts about politics and other things.

So may I ask you to please take this debate elsewhere? Thank you .

@DrWatson With pleasure since you can't read what I even wrote. I am on the side of peace. The war promoted by the Deep State of the US and Europe is an evil event. My many friends from Ukraine had no issue with Russia prior to the evil doers taking over their government. Ukraine is devastated because warmongers in the US can't seem to keep it to themselves. Now they are trying to get a war going with Iran. Again there is no reason for such a war. We could be living in peace and not killing each other if we would only learn but you want to avoid discussion so such wars can continue. Bye.
This kind of thing gives me hope, that goodness still exists. 🥹
How beautiful! 😊😊😊
