i don't like it when i see people smiling & grinning when i am not feeling my best

when i am ''ticked off'' i don't like it when i see people happy and grinning or smiling widely, it really angers me, if i see that offline or online...why is this? and is it a form of psychological torture by other people?

not sure why some people are like this, but i am sure you're not nearly special enough for people to be planning en masse to torture you with smiles 😄

@pentacorn yes i know its just me taking offence easily and just not being very sociable, i do get paranoid from time to time too.

@darkmere1983 just know that people who smile at you are either being polite in the course of social interactions - like at a grocery store or library, or they are actually feeling the emotion they are displaying on their faces. it's feels good to be happy and smile ☺️ that's why the emoji is so popular.

if you're feeling cranky and suspicious a lot, you should probably want to see a doctor. and i say that in all caring friendliness. you might have a simple problem that can be helped.
