Reminder of everyday gratitudes
The water main in our street cracked on Tuesday morning. I noticed the pressure was a bit down but then a host of water board employees were up the road. Water turned off and a fix attempt made.
It was fixed. But come Wednesday night in horrendous weather conditions they were back trying to fix it again. Water was off until fixed. It was only a few hours about 13 I suppose as it was fixed by lunchtime.
But reminded me to be grateful every day for these privileges I take for granted far too often.
