Today I am grateful that
1. I've not wanted to have a drink in the last day
2. I have my sobriety
3. My family are all currently well
4. I live in a warm, safe, secure home
5. My wife in my companion
6. We have plenty to eat and drink
7. I have clean water, sanitation, power, heat, communications etc seemingly without interruption
8. I live in the UK
9. I have a fantastic family
10. I have no financial concerns
