I Am Grateful

[b]Christmas Doodles, Day 22[/b][image deleted]Back home I continue baking and drawing. My son is home for the holidays so I am thankful. He's very supportive of my activities. He helps me bake. He cooks simple foods as well, when I get busy outside or when he sees that I am immersed in my artwork. He's delighted to see me drawing again. No, we don't have Christmas decors at home. We're used to it, after his father passed away. We cook and cook esp. now that he's home, and take prophylactic meds a lot. Haha...!😆

One time I asked him why he's not getting married yet. He gave me that serious look and said, "Why are you thinking of such, when I don't even think about it?" Probably he knows, mom cannot afford to support a new family.

A shaman said to me, "Your son isn't getting married yet because your husband and him had a man-to-man talk before he died." I didn't know that of course.😬

I think he is thankful for the sacrifices you made for him. It is easy for parents to get in the mode of giving for our children. He has been on the receiving end and this has produced a man with a future. He has plenty of time to “make things happen”. He has a good head on his shoulders and I am sure his focus is more on you. Just get into the receiving mode for blessings! ❤️
