It is important to fight for justice and contribute in positive changes, but it is also important to avoid fighting battles you know you can't win

Such as making people understand your plight, when they contribute to those injustices themselves. And have no willingness to see their part.

It has to be strategical, constructive and methodological. Chaos can help, but it can only create an opportunity for more unbalance.

And it is even more important to design a space for yourself alone, where you don't have to deal with all the shit the world throws your way.

Not just a physical space, an intellectual one. Space where you can think and feel without having to tend to others.

Espacially when you are the one who cares the most.

Where is this space to you?

Wherever I wish it to be. My romantic relationship, my farms, and my therapy sessions all exist as parts of it. And even in my job. A liminal space like a personal pocket that stretches into shared environments and is sustained after participation even if it requires withdrawal.

It is every time I tell people it is my time now, and my space. I created it by showing up, doing my best and contributing and now this little bit is my pay, it allows me intimacy without erasure and solitude even without isolation.

I like it this way.

I do this in SW too, while people who lack sense of boundaries have to mourn the expression of it. Still do it. It's what's best for me.
