What's a moment that always sticks with you

I remember this one time when my mom told me that I wasn't beautiful. It sounds worse than how she ment it but I think in that moment I thought to myself "yeah well I'll show you all". I feel like the offense I took was beyond personal maybe idk. She'd never say something like that atm but still, it always stuck with me.
