Belling Electric Bed Warmer ca. 1964

It couldn't very well not work; all it is is a 40 watt tungsten bulb inside a 'flying saucer' pressed steel case painted in a peculiar limeflower colour. It's an old family possession. (I put a new cable on it btw...)

The red light (actually the heating bulb showing through a tiny window) illuminates when it's plugged in

The inner workings; note the warning about the wattage. You want your bed to be nice and toasty, not toast.

Disassembly doesn't require a manual.

Handy to have in winter! ☺
