and I said she’s not in today, she’ll be in Tuesday.

I’m not doing it today. I’m checked out even if my physical body still has to be here.

I may have given her a fake name 😏

@caccoon I felt guilty, but I knew who it was, and I’m just the middle man for what she’s needing. I didn’t feel like explaining that I have no update, and wont until next week. I just feel like I have nothing to give today, and I can’t muster any compassion for complaints today.

@itsok I think that's great. It's a healthy way to build a boundary and be conscious of what you can handle right now...

And I'm sure it's no emergency on her end. So I think it's really wonderful. It's great compassion for yourself and wellbeing 💙
