I just watched a video where a woman was talking about a salad she’s been eating and said “it literally comes together in 15 minutes”

15 minutes is my MAX. I’m not making something if it takes longer than that. Honestly most days I refuse to put in 15 minutes unless it was 30 seconds of prep and putting it in the air fryer for 15 minutes. I don’t have the patience.

Eating healthier, which might take longer to prepare, might buy us back more time in lifespan, I think.

@PhilDeep I don’t think eating healthier takes more time to prepare. Not sure how you made the correlation.

@itsok I guess the connotations of fast and food just don't add up to healthy to my mind.

@PhilDeep so many foods lose a lot of their nutritional value when cooked, especially cooked for a long time. I’m trying to come up with healthier options that take longer and nothing is actually coming to mind.
Which foods were you thinking of?

@itsok Fast food brings stuff like burgers and heavily processed to mind. Air fryers tend to be more for processed too, perhaps?
