I just watched a video where a woman was talking about a salad she’s been eating and said “it literally comes together in 15 minutes”

15 minutes is my MAX. I’m not making something if it takes longer than that. Honestly most days I refuse to put in 15 minutes unless it was 30 seconds of prep and putting it in the air fryer for 15 minutes. I don’t have the patience.

I wish cooking didn't take that long but I always go for easier things that take like an hour, if it exceeds the hour I say it's too advanced.

@HannibalAteMeOut I would have a melt down, no joke. Is that an hour of hands-on? Does that include cook time? Are you doing other stuff during cook time?

@itsok an hour with preparations, cooking time and cleaning, I usually do things at the same time like if something is simmering for 40 minutes.

@HannibalAteMeOut if something is cooking/setting and doesn’t need me there watching or stirring I can handle that if I’m not very anxious

@itsok I'm always too curious and keep an eye on it no matter how many times I've made it 😅
