Are you happy with your life?

Never have been.

I've made too many compromises for family, clients and employers over the years and thats often limited my own happiness.
Short or long term.

And now I'm physically struggling due to no fault of my own, those same groups want ever more it seems.

I am happy in my life when I am true to myself.
When I go and do a society says I should be doing I'm miserable.

I hope to be in the foreseeable future.

A nice home, a good job, friends

What else could one want

I do wish the happiness came sooner; regardless, I feel quite fortunate.

Not completely because just like me its a little broken

Yes. I have everything I need. Except a cat. I need a cat

Right now, yes. I might get hurt, but that's the risk of happiness.

Never felt better as a single man: recently got rid of some annoying, whining clutter.

Nof really, fucked it up through bad decisions, plus staying in the closet for most of my life. Things are going better now, but it's proving impossible to rid myselff of the baggage I've accumulated.
