These worked for me anyways

1). Wake up early and go workout(preferably lift weights)

2). Eat good healthy food

3). Be outside as much as possible

4). Wear clothes that make you feel good

5). Get rid of toxic people

I do all except the first one. I wake up early but I don’t exercise. I should though, lol.
