I just realized that I’m alive and going to be perceived at work tomorrow. Hello anxiety.

Dealing with anxiety feels like one step forward then 3 steps back. Or I’ll heal one thing and then all of a sudden get a new fear. It’s much better than before but I can tell this will be a forever battle. I just want consistency 🗣
