Today I'm grateful that
1. I've not wanted to have a drink in the last day
2. I have my sobriety
3. My family are all well
4. I can go to AA meetings
5. Hearing aid fix
6. We live in a dry, warm, safe, secure, spacious lovely home
7. We have plenty to eat and drink
8. We have clean water, sanitation, heat power etc
9. Not in Gaza or Ukraine etc
10. Not homeless
11. Not starving
12. Not fleeing my home in fear
13. Not living in fear or oppression
14. In the band
15. These are the best of days
16. My wife is my love and companion
17. I went to bed sober

God has looked after me through my biggest hazards and my children have grown up and follow their dreams.

I am grateful every day I chose to live in Canada…not that it is perfect, but certainly better than the US.

Among the multitude of things I'm grateful for, I'm most grateful for ongoing life.

I am grateful for the air I breathe and everything in between.❤

I am still here and breathing. My kids are all in good health

That the boys are home tonight. It was so calm and quiet without them but I missed them so much
